***ZIP FILE HELP***

I cannot open the zip file. What can I do?

Even if you are usually able to open a zip file, sometimes your computer can give you an error message that prevents you from opening other files.

Here are some things you can try:

-open the files in a different browser

-check that your security settings are not preventing you from opening certain files

-ensure that your zip opening software is updated

If this doesn’t help, then zip file help page has some specific help for solving download/zip opening issues:

If none of this helps, then you’ll need to take out a ticket with TPT so that they can give you some technical help:

***ADDITIONAL IMAGES***

I need a specific image. Can it be added to one of your sets?

Images that sets can’t do without can be added to existing sets. The list is long and it takes time but there is a form specifically for graphic additions. This helps us to keep track of them all:

I see an image that I would like to see altered. Can it be changed?

If you spot an image that you feel is incorrect, please feel free to let me know. I strive for accuracy and hate to make mistakes. I am keen to correct them and am appreciative of any help I get.

If you see an image you just want to see changed for personal reasons, you can add it to the form. If it benefits the set or the set cannot do without the change, it will be altered. Due to the long list of additions/changes, nothing can be guaranteed.

***CUSTOM SETS/WORK***

Can you create a custom image/logo/set for me?

Can you create a set of images from different sets for me?

I would love to be able to create for individual customers but unfortunately, I’m not able to offer a service like this at this time. 🙁 Sadly, time does not allow for custom creations or sets and the only clipart available is from the sets shown in the Educlips store.

***SUGGESTIONS FOR NEW SETS***

There is a specific set I would love to see. Can you create it?

I love to hear new ideas and have a specific form where you can offer your suggestion.

Due to the volume of ideas, I can’t guarantee that I will be able to complete sets but everything on the form is considered. Thanks for taking the time to offer your ideas!

***USING IMAGES IN DIGITAL PRODUCTS***

Can I use the images in digital products I will sell?

You can use the images in a background slide as long as they are locked down (in PDF or similar). If you want to make the images moveable (drag and drop) in Google programs, you will need a license. You can find the link to the licenses HERE.

***PRINTING OUT IMAGES***

How do I print out the images?

To print out the images, you will need to copy and paste or drag them into a document such as Word. Powerpoint or similar. From there, you will be able to place them as you want and print them. THIS VIDEO WILL SHOW HOW TO PRINT OUT IMAGES

I can’t print out the images. What can I do?

Printing out an image has nothing to do with the image file or download, and everything to do with the program you’re opening it up in and/or your printer settings.

Check that you’re not opening the images up in a read-only program and that your printer is set up with correct size paper/color/B&W etc.

You’ll need to transfer the images (by copying and pasting or dragging them) to a program such as Word, PowerPoint or something similar before you can print them.

***VIEWER ISSUES***

When I open an image in my program, I get a shadow, dark background (doesn’t look transparent). What can I do?

All of the images are PNG images and are created on a transparent background. If you see a color around it and it doesn’t look transparent, then it may be something to do with the program you are viewing the file in. Check your settings or open the images in a different viewer. TPT Technical support may be able to help offer some advice about this.
